James is a great host. Very thorough with instructions and answers messages in a timely manner. The Telluride is a fun drive! It’s spacious and got great gas mileage.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. Vehicle broke down halfway through our trip. Turo and James were no help. Leaving a mother and 5 children stranded 800 miles from home on a child’s birthday trip is something I wouldn’t wish on anyone. If you need a rental, just go through a major rental company.
