Can’t stress enough how perfect this car was for our trip. Clean and well maintained and was excellent on gas mileage. Owner was very responsive for pick up and drop off. Very good experience.

The drop off was 2hrs late and promised us a free cleaning. Immediately on checkout we got a bill for cleaning and gas which I filled up after checking it out but not finding any info.

To Alex's wife ,someone help him please! This review deserves context. The fuel charge was documented and approved by Turo, and we were 30 minutes late—not 2 hours. In 3+ years and 200+ trips, this was my first detailing fee. Ironically, you asked for a free detail before the trip, then returned the car needing one, I wonder why? Turo reviewed the photos and agreed. You are special in every way. I’ll proudly wear this 1-star as a badge of honor. To the worst guest I've ever had . Host BEWARE!
