The car was amazing! Except, there was an issue with a tire. It was not a nail or something that can just happen while driving. After having to air the tire up several times and take the car in to Discount Tire, I learned that 3 tires had been replaced. The fourth was the issue with shoulder damage and thread separation. The guys at Discount said it should not have been rented in that condition. The host did say sorry and reimbursed me for having to get a new tire. However, it was extremely inconvenient to be dealing with during my trip especially knowing it was avoidable. It was not offered anything for the time and trouble of having to are the tire up multiple times and go sit and wait at Discount Tire.

Car was great. Way more advanced features than I ever would have imagined for a Hyundai. Comfortably fit 6 of us and was a nice smooth ride. The pickup / drop off process was easy and the vehicle was well maintained. If I ever need to use this service again, I am definitely booking with Brian.
