Great trip, vehicle ran smoothly no issues
Host was really nice and quick to respond at any time of day. He really worked with me, would book another vehicle from him again

This experience was a lot 😩 let me lead with the host seemed to be nice. Me and my children were going on vacation to Florida.
I picked up the vehicle and it didn’t have any gas and the battery light came on. As we’re an hour into our trip all the vehicle dash lights and icons start flashing…a few moments later…the vehicle stops as I’m driving and we had to pop a curb. I’m just so thankful that we didn’t get rammed in the back. This could have changed our whole lives. This definitely delayed our trip for a day. The host had the vehicle towed. And I had to figure out transportation from the tow company and how we would continue our vacation. I reached out to the host bc I just put fuel ⛽️ in the tank and I didn’t get to use it. So I asked if he would not mind reimbursing me since the vehicle was on E (little before the E) when I picked it up .. and not to mention we could’ve lost our lives bc the maintenance of the vehicle was not up to date. At this point I’m just disappointed in the lack of compassion for me and my children. I’m a single mother trying to make it and give my children experiences that they will always cherish. But anywho 1 star bc I have to select one…I waited a week before leaving a review to give the host an opportunity to respond to my messages.
Thank you 😊
