Awesome on time response

The car was great. It was very clean and very convenient. However, the pick up and drop off were a complete and utter nightmare. We contacted the host because we were confused with directions upon arrival. The host proceeded to give us incorrect directions with children on a 95° day we took a shuttle to the remote South parking and then we were told that this is no longer the turo lot . We ended up in an entire different lot. We had to take another shuttle and go back to the airport and take another shuttle to come back to only find out that we are only a few feet away from the other one just tucked behind the other parking lot where we could have just walked and said we wasted one hour and a half going back-and-forth to the airport with children and very hot weather. This is very disappointing. The return was exactly the same, there are absolutely no signs leading you to go to the pier to pier lot, which is where they wanted us to drop off the car. After contacting the host and circling around for one hour, the host claimed that if we brought it in another area, we will be charged a fee and then quickly changed our mind when I got frustrated and told them that we are wasting a lot of time and we are almost missing our flight… although the car is great I do not recommend this host or anyone who pales in pier to pier lot !! They’re absolutely are no signs around the airport showing anywhere that lot is you will be circling along for hours and if you have kids good luck!!
Hey Eman, you are lying about the drop off and pick up of the vehicle. The location of the vehicle was clearly given with the directions on shuttle and even the address of lot but you chose to ask people at the airport rather than look at your reservation. We tried to help you find your way to the right lot but you were difficult. To return the car you dropped off at the wrong car lot which we still accommodated you. Honestly is key when working with people. Your grievance is with Turo not host.
