Great smooth ride nice on gas and host was in great communication

Everything was fine. Check engine light was on when i got it. But the owner said he just need to put the valve in and had the part. Beyond that the car worked fine.

Worst rental experience EVER!! I will not use them again. The same day I picked up the vehicle I was told if the “check engine” light comes on to ignore it because it was from someone using the wrong gas in the car. Ok fine.. that was at 5am.. fast forward 7:30 pm I noticed that the front passenger headlight was out. I reached out to the owner right away and her BOYFRIEND messaged me! NOT HER! Telling me that if I take the vehicle to auto zone and get a new bulb they’ll put it in for me.. HUH?? Now I feel like I’m being pranked.. The audacity to ask your renter to take a rental to have it serviced is diabolical.. now I’m pissed because I did have to go just so I wouldn’t get pulled over. They closed at 9 and I made it there by 8:30. I paid and was reimbursed. Right after the “check engine” light came on and stayed on. I dropped the car back off at the gas station where I met her at and dropped the vehicle back off. Worst experience by far since I’ve been renting from Turo and I’ve used them for years. If you’re looking for professionalism this isn’t it. This was a ghetto experience by far. (I wanted to give 0 stars but it wouldn’t key me post without leaving at least 1 star)

We told you the check engine light may come on because of the gas that was used. At that moment you had a choice to be refunded or use one of our other cars. Thank you for your promptness at pick up and drop off.

Great on gas. I didn’t have to fill up until it was time to return. Very clean and a wonderful communicator.
