It was our first time renting with Turo and Octavio made the experience feel easy and smooth! We had a few hiccups at first but he was very transparent and accommodating for all of it. Prior to our dates, he mentioned that the previous renter noticed the a/c not working properly upon return so Octavio immediately sent the car for repair. Alternatively, he organized a way to lend us his second car so that we’d have wheels to drive during trip which we appreciated. When the original car was ready, Octavio even drove it out to us and delivered it ASAP. I feel like our initial Turo experience could’ve easily gone awry had it not been for Octavio being so amiable, understanding and overall accommodating. We’d happily rent from him again when we’re back stateside. Thanks Octavio!!

The car was fabulous - felt brand new, extremely clean, and it’s a very comfortable ride. But the real joy here is the host. He could not have been more friendly and accommodating. This is what Turo should be.
