Very clean and smooth vehicle.

I had a very disappointing experience with this host. From the beginning, communication felt rude and unprofessional, which made the entire trip uncomfortable.
After returning the vehicle, the host attempted to hold me responsible for issues that appear to be pre-existing, including a loose fender liner and a nail in the tire. There was no incident or damage caused during my trip, so this was very concerning.
Instead of working things out reasonably, the host immediately escalated to a claim, which felt unnecessary and stressful.
I would recommend taking very detailed photos before and after your trip if you decide to book with this host. Overall, this experience did not feel fair or professional.
