The photos on the website grossly misrepresent the actual condition of the car. Not only was there a large dent in the passenger rear bumper and a large crack (more than a little stone) in the windshield right in the middle of the driver’s side, it was also was unwashed (very dirty with bird poop) with bug splatter on the windshield (that I had to wash off because it was hard to see) and unvacuumed
with grass and dirt on the mats and baggage compartment. I reported this all when I picked it up, but then in my return instructions, the owner told me to wash and clean it before I returned it. Highly unusual to ask me to do that when that isn’t done with rental cars, and especially since I was renting it for less than 48 hrs. I would not rent from this company.

The customer is blaming me for not accepting their request to shorten the trip from two days to one. I have explicitly stated that the vehicle is only rentable for a minimum of two days. Any attempt to manipulate the situation by booking for two days and then requesting an adjustment to one day is a tactic. Despite pressure to accept this to avoid a negative review, I refused. As a result, I received a one-star rating for the very same reason.
