I really don’t like the customer service. When I arrived the car had a low tire tried to put air in it didn’t work I had to get a tire on the receipt it shows the location I went too, that was not good enough for them to reimburse me. So I NEVER book with them again. They don’t receive my star but it required so.
Guest reported a tire issue after pickup but did not document it in the app at the time. Pre-trip photos, including the dashboard, clearly showed no tire pressure or maintenance warnings. The guest proceeded with replacing the tire without prior approval and later provided a receipt that could not be verified for this vehicle. Due to lack of communication and proper documentation, I would be cautious hosting this guest again.
