The seat belt latch is missing in the backseat drivers side there was also blood stains on the belt itself and S.O.S scratched into the window from the inside. That is unsafe all passengers should be able to buckle up. We also lost air tire pressure in the passenger back tire and noticed there is a plug in the tire . Had the car for one week and only had to put air in the tire just once. So it’s a very slow leak. The breaks seem to need work and a noise from under the hood. Car definitely needs servicing. also I’ve never rented a car where it was not unlimited miles , only the first 1000 miles are included but after that it costs .22 cents a mile, which can add up quick. Other than that it was dependable enough to get me where I needed to go without fail and the air conditioner works great.

The car quality is horrible. I tried to give it the reasonable of the doubt with it being a 2012. I’ve rented from this company before they have decent car so I thought maybe this car ran OK the last time I rented for them it was a little rough rider, but they made it right but this time this car seems pretty old. it was filthy and disgusting. It’s like they just bought it off the lot and just stuck it right on this app. I had to clean the car real good it smelled of smoke bad too. Probably won’t be renting from this company anymore.

The process was super smooth. The company responded really quickly to emails I sent and the instructions was super clear and very easy to follow. This Ford Escape was rolling. I had no issues with it. It was very clean in the inside and outside. Definitely would recommend this company. Everything went amazing!

The trip went smoothly! The host made it super easy with messages about picking up and returning the rental. The suv did have a knocking noise that made me a little worried but that’s it! I would rent from this host again.
