Rental was awesome. Very comfortable, host was very amazing Communication was not ever issue . As host always responded to any question I had regarding the SUV our timing of pick up or anything that I was not clear about on the Turo app . I can’t wait to book again ‼️

Vehicle smelled heavily of cigarette smoke, and after reading previous reviews, it appears this has been an ongoing issue. The car then failed to start and left us stranded. Based on the recurring smoke complaints and mechanical failure, I would not recommend renting this vehicle.

The car smelled like cigarettes and you smelt like a cigarette when getting out stayed on clothes and blankets. The host was responsive and polite. Car idle hard at red lights and took a minute to get in reverse and back in drive.
