Great 10 days in the FJ, but notched down one star because we wish we'd been provided more than one key with two drivers, and the lock box pick-up and drop-off were a little tricky, because it wasn't latching properly (cost me missing a shuttle and waiting another 15 minutes). Otherwise, the car seat we needed was provided and installed properly (thanks!) and it was a great vacation car for up in the mountains.

Hi Julie! We are sorry to hear the experience did not meet your expectations. In over 500 completed trips, we have not had a customer mention needing two keys, so that is not something we have built into our process.
This particular vehicle was purchased with only a single key, but if you had requested one prior to your trip, we likely could have acquired a second key and accommodated that!
Experience was 10/10! Vehicle was reliable, clean, and all communication was top notch. Check in and out was simple and we had a great ride !
