She booked the car from 2:30 - 5:00 a 2.5 hour trip. I sent her a text to let her know what she had done did not make since and told her to please take a look at the trip she has booked. She then asked me to cancel the trip on my end, which I will not do as that has a negative impact on me. She could have canceled the trip as it had not been 24hours since the booking. Her trip was NOT canceled by me nor her. PLEASE REACH OUT TO TURO HELP IF YOU ARE HAVING TROUBLE WITH YOUR BOOKING
