I rented a car through Turo for a little over 40 days, and honestly, even though I ran into a few issues, I would definitely use Turo again.
At the beginning, my reservation was canceled because of a driver’s license verification issue, and about a week into the trip, the car’s battery stopped working. Later, I also had some billing issues that took a few calls to sort out.
What really impressed me was Turo’s customer support. Every time I needed help, I was able to reach a real person quickly. All of the agents were kind, professional, and genuinely willing to help solve my problem.
As someone from Brazil, English is not my first language, but every representative was patient and made sure they understood my situation. That made a huge difference during a stressful trip.
No company is perfect, and problems can happen. What matters is how those problems are handled, and Turo did a great job. I truly hope they never lose the human side of their customer service, because that’s what made me trust the company.
Despite the challenges, I’m very happy with the support I received, and I would absolutely rent through Turo again. 🧡
