I had an amazing experience with the Auto Ease Rentals team! I would highly recommend this experience to anyone.
The BMW X3 drives like a dream, has brand new tires, excellent brakes and is flawless inside and out.
The. host was responsive and professional. The X3 has great space, luxury features, and excellent performance. Would definitely rent again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and stylish SUV!

The car quality was ok. The brakes screeched quite a bit and the tire tread was bald there were a few exterior imperfections. The pick up experience was not ideal. To say it briefly, it was not streamlined. If you’re looking for a smoother rental process there are other options for this vehicle type in the area. Otherwise host was responsive.
Thank you for your feedback. Just to clarify, the vehicle had brand new brakes and tires installed right before the trip. Since the brakes were newly serviced, slight squeaking can happen during the initial break-in period.
As for pickup, all Turo hosts at LAX must follow the airport’s updated regulations, which do not allow terminal drop-offs. We appreciate your understanding and are always working to improve the guest experience.
