The car was fine. Nice looking, met the need, good on gas. At the end and upon return, the host had such an attitude that wasn’t pleasant and almost immediately accused me of damaging the front right bumper stating that he knows every inch of the car. He pointed out an area that had prior damage. He acknowledged the poor damage. That area was higher by the lights. He pointed to an area at the very bottom with a small white line I touch it and it vanished. I denied any incidents besides a parking ticket that I will pay online today. He continued to argue almost causing me to miss my flight. This caused me to loose trust immediately. I called my girlfriend who wasn’t with me at the time but there at pick up. She witnessed the exchange and said that the car was handed off to us without a thorough inspection. She really pays attention to detail. She believes that the history is using prior damage to pin this scratch on me and make a profit. If in the past, there was damage, he likely filed a claim and didn’t fix it. His immediate target of a previously damaged area is suspicious. This felt so much like a scam. This soured the last part of my travel. He’d better not pin this damage on me through my insurance. I’ll fight this scam to the bitter end. My advice to anyone considering him. DO NOT TRUST HIM.

Had a great experience renting this car! The host was super kind, communicative, and understanding. Especially when we ran into unexpected traffic returning the car after Coachella weekend. They were very flexible and made the whole process stress-free. The car was clean, reliable, and exactly as described. Would definitely rent from them again. Highly recommend!
