Overall, we had a great experience with this rental. The car was reliable, clean, and drove well throughout our trip. The pickup process was smooth, and we didn’t have any issues with the vehicle itself.
The only downside was the return process. When it was time to return the car, the host required us to both vacuum and wash it before dropping it off. The car only had minor dirt from normal use over a five-day rental , it wasn’t excessively dirty by any means. Considering we paid over $600 for the rental, we felt that basic cleaning, like a quick vacuum and wash, should have been included as part of the service.
Other than that inconvenience, everything else went smoothly, and the car itself was excellent.

We apologize for the misunderstanding. Although it is not required, we let our guests know that the Highlander has a membership to any Quick Quack and we appreciate it when someone takes the time to run it through before returning.
