Every single rental with Rideshare has been an awesome experience. I can honestly give no less than 5 stars for their customer service, their quality, reliable cars, and always being informative to customers. I’m a loyal customer and will always be.

The pickup and location was smooth and easy. The car drove well.
Reason for 4 stars (would potentially rate lower but want to give the owner the benefit of the doubt and hope things are addressed).

The car itself has a very strong smell (cleaner or something else) and I had to ride with my windows down the majority of the trip. The back right window would stick (sometimes go up/down sometimes not). The parking break would come on simultaneously (be sure to ALWAYS check!) The ceiling of the vehicle looked like drinks had been spilled and dirty hands had tried to clean it. The entire ceiling was so discolored and dirty.

If I had been local, I would’ve reached out to see if I could do a vehicle exchange but I was driving to an out of town wedding and didn’t have the time to deal with it.

I will always rent from this company when renting cars on Turo. I’ve never had a bad experience, they respond in a timely fashion to all questions and concerns and all of they’re cars ride and look great.
