The pickup point was a little confusing at first due to my misinformation, but overall it was amazing responses and assistance as soon as I needed it. Even with the return and pickup points, they were very accommodating and helpful. I highly recommend them to anyone traveling in Atlanta.

The car was in great condition and offers many nice features. I especially enjoyed the cooled seats in the hot Atlanta summer. We easily fit 6 adults in comfort (ac vents are available for all rows). The host is very quick to respond and accommodating. The ev9 charges very quickly on optional DC fast charger. I highly recommend this vehicle.
Note on charging: This vehicle is equiped with a native NACS port. Without an adapter, that limits you to dcfc at open Tesla superchargers, ionna, and mercedes benz chargers. Most evgo, electrify America stations require a CCS port or an adapter. Only a j1772 to NACS adapter was provided, which only enables L2 charging at non Tesla chargers. No CCS to NACS adapter or EVSE (for charging on 120v/240v) was provided, but you may be able to request them from the host ahead of time.
