Good vehicle for Moab and transporting mountain bikes. Has some cosmetic blemishes but doesn’t affect the ride.

Car quality was good for the most part. Tires kept going low and needing to refilled throughout the beginning of my trip, but ended up magically fixing themselves and stayed aired up by the end of my trip. Not sure if it was a host issue or Turo issue but I booked a car seat and the seat was not in the vehicle when I arrived. The host claimed they were not able to see it in the booking from their end, but from my end I can see the car seat booking on Turo and was charged for it. Host was somewhat accommodating and responded right away when I called to notify I was missing the car seat. However, in order to get the seat I needed to drive a half hour in the opposite direction of my destination and my wife and kids were stranded while I went to get the car seat. I was not reimbursed for the extra gas cost of driving out of my way to pickup the car seat that was supposed to be in the car at the airport.

We have a 4Runner at home and wanted to rent one when we were visiting Utah. The car was older model with high miles…but if you know 4Runners…they last forever. The car had some FUN scars here and there. I’m sure it the car could talk, it would tell us lots of adventure stories. The car ran perfect and didn’t have any issues. The host was fantastic…great communication.
