Had a great experience renting this car! The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and drove perfectly. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the whole process smooth and easy from start to finish. Pickup and drop-off were both convenient, and I had no issues during the trip. I would definitely rent from this host again and highly recommend them!

The seat had a sort of residue from obviously previous renter. When I brought it up to the owner they had the most unprofessional and disrespectful of responses. I’d like to file a formal complaint

Never met the guest. This vehicle was super clean no issues they used the vehicle for about five hours and then Rep replied back saying they’re unhappy about something. Maybe they’re looking for a full-size SUV not a midsize.
Great host, great cars. Toyota good on gas, no issues.
