Really great vehicle, very reliable and very clean. Amber is good at communicating and responding fairly quickly. Would definitely consider booking again! I loved the fact that it’s also unlimited miles seeing as most of the vehicles on here seem to have a trip for only 600 miles and then start charging extra per mile afterwards, causing you to have an extra invoice after your trip is over.

This was my second time renting from this host, and unfortunately, both vehicles had serious mechanical and safety issues.
The first time, I rented a different vehicle. The brakes were not working properly, and the check-engine light came on while I was driving. I didn’t complain at the time because I thought it might have been an isolated issue.
Five months later, I rented another vehicle from the same host, and the brakes were even worse. I took the car on a six-hour trip to Los Angeles, and driving downhill was terrifying. The brakes felt extremely unsafe, and I genuinely feared for my life and the safety of my passengers. I had no idea the brakes would be that bad before leaving on such a long trip.
After experiencing brake problems with two different vehicles, along with the check-engine light coming on in the first car, I am very concerned about how this host’s vehicles are being maintained. A vehicle should never be rented out without making sure it is mechanically sound and safe to drive. This was not a minor inconvenience—it put me, my passengers, and others on the road at risk. I would not rent from this host again.

Julian this is taking me by such a surprise and absolutely an unfair assessment of how the situation occurred. There were no issues and no indication of issues when you took vehicle; your words “this literally just started happening”, 3 days in to your trip. You called me and I immediately asked for your location so, that I could get a mobile mechanic to you to fix the issue. You told me that you had things to do and said it would be ok. P.S. your last review of your experience w/ me was glowing
