The host was a good host very helpful and was easy to get in contact with. Location was great and easily accessible. Car was great and ran perfect, only one issue was I wish it was cleaner but beggars can’t be choosers. Would definitely get cars from Wissam again.

We paid for pick up service, not a small amount. The drivers were half an hour late for pick up. Then at drop off they were running late again, so after we got to the return spot I had to ask what to do with the car in order to get to my train.
They waited too long to replace the wipers so the windshield was scratched which obstructed the view of the road.
The tires felt wobbly, and slipped when accelerating as if they hadn’t been rotated in too long.
The hosts were responsive and the car did get us where we needed to go so that is why it is 2 stars instead of 1.
