Awesome car, even better host! Just needed to use the car to transport some luggage but the car was clean and nice to drive. The host was very attentive and answered so quickly. The host was also incredibly nice!

This was our first Turo experience and I was especially nervous because my husband and I had our three kids in tow. Wissam and his team were friendly and responsive and helped us feel comfortable with this sort of rental car hire. The Tiguan was perfect for our crew, with seven seats and room for luggage with the back row down. They provided the child safety seat for our youngest and that made traveling with littles so easy. Excited for a future Turo rental!

It appears the fan was on, but the A/C function itself may not have been activated.
