Excellent experience from start to finish! I ordered a Mercedes, and everything went smoothly. They delivered it even in very cold weather, which I really appreciated. The host was extremely nice, polite, and professional, making the entire process easy and stress-free. The ride was comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Car drove well and host was extremely responsive and helpful when we had a service notification (which required us to return to the pickup location). Unfortunately, a prior driver had smoked weed in the car and the stench perpetuated for the entire duration of our rental (4 days). (Vehicle was also dirty in trunk, but it seems they had a quick turnaround from one renter to the next.) I can’t say the smell was directly the fault of the host, but it did make our rental quite unpleasant (particularly given the cost of the vehicle).
