Car was dirty inside and out. With a half tank of gas. Charges $120 for delivery. Leaves the car in a parking lot the night before. After communicating car will be dropped off night before since we reserved 730AM drop off at hotel. And payed $120 for that service. Confirms late at night vehicle dropped off at nearby parking garage. I have to pay $47 to leave the parking the next morning. Return the car early and with additional gas than provided. Get charged the additional miles over 200. Understandable. Another additional $12 charge for (ticket) zero evidence.

Thank you for your feedback. We respectfully disagree with several statements in this review. The vehicle was professionally cleaned and delivered washed and ready for your trip. Per our prior communication, we mutually agreed to an early delivery the night before to ensure an on-time pickup in a busy downtown area with limited parking. Mileage, fuel, and parking-related charges were assessed according to the trip terms and Turo policies. We wish you the best in your future travels.

The car was clean, drove well, and had no mechanical issues throughout the trip. However, there was a mild cigarette/weed smell when I picked it up. Also, the car wasn't fully filled with gas at checkout, which made it tricky to gauge exactly how much to top off before returning to avoid penalties or overfilling. Overall a decent experience, but room for minor improvements

Amazing, so friendly and even when we had issues they were so quick and responsive and helped us out. Amazing rent, would rent again.
