Thank you - the Honda was great and everything went well - we definitely would recommend using Turo the pick up and drop off were both smooth and the cost was far less than the rental car agencies - we will definitely use you again 😀

The car was of great quality — it ran well and was comfortable for my long drive. When renting from this host please keep in mind that they may not deliver to your house but leave the car in a pay-to-park garage within walking distance. If that is the case, you will need to pay for the parking and request a reimbursement — I would have liked to be informed of this before I rented the car. I went to pick up my vehicle with my ID from the garage and some cash, but didn’t bring my full wallet as I expected a smooth pick up. Instead, I spent 45 minutes and a panic attack trying to get authorized to leave the garage as I didn’t have a card, they do not accept cash and I was not allowed to leave to get the card because I also didn’t have a physical valet ticket (photo sent by host through the app was not sufficient at that time).
After the 45 minutes at the garage and additional 30 minutes to calm down prior to driving, this experience put me over an hour late for my brothers birthday dinner — which I was driving over 6 hours to make. Needless to say, it was not the efficient or easy pick up experience that I specifically come to Turo for and recommend that you check with the host when booking if they can actually deliver the car to you at the time that you ask for it.

I would not rent form M&C again. The car was fine, but their communication was not timely enough for me to feel comfortable. They used a masking scent to cover a previous smoker and they seemed more interested in me providing a good review than them providing me with a good experience.
