Overall, lots of defects with the car. Alerts about the tire pressure system and the seat belt system. I messaged them and they didn't respond. There was also a windshield crack. Would not rent again.

I apologize that one air pressure sensor went out on the vehicle while you had it. It was simply the battery in the sensor. You said yourself that it did not impact your trip and you had no trouble. None of the items warranted you and your kids drawing all over the inside of our car with a yellow marker, or leaving trash all over the car, or sunscreen squirted all over the dash and windshield. This is the worst any of our vehicles has ever been treated in thousands of rentals.
Brett was an amazing host and his car was nothing short of phenomenal. We really loved the car and the trip.

Brett was great. Unfortunately we sustained a flat tire heading into Big Sky after hitting a pothole, and he was super helpful getting it fixed.
