Perfect. The host contacted me during the process and I knew exactly what I needed to do and where the car was located. The car was as expected with no surprises. A very pleasant first experience for me.

The car worked great. Had no problems with it at all.
Michael needs better communication skills. We really had to pull all info from him rather than him dispersing it readily. Never responded to our original "get to know you" text, whereas every time we've rented from Turo in the past the owner did.
When we texted him 24 hours before our assigned pickup time to ask when we would be getting the location info, since we hadn't heard from him, his response was "tomorrow afternoon". Very terse.

Sorry you were disappointed William. Life conditions outside of Tiro got in the way and a couple things slipped through the cracks. Glad the car was at least adequate.
