Pros: The car overall was great. Ran great, good on gas, and clean. Cons: Car was delivered with only a quarter tank of gas, big crack in the right hand side of the windshield (no prior notice of), and key fob battery was dying so we couldn’t lock the doors the entire trip because the fob didn’t have enough life to unlock the doors and manually unlocking was difficult with the key. Car also took multiple attempts to turn on each time because of dying fob. Multiple merges were sent to the host in regard to these and no response was given. Communication with host was not good. All contact information goes to rental business or third party rep who was not easy to get a hold of and was not very responsive. No direct contact to the host at all.
Our encountered cancellations and delay with our flights and tried to workout with host an alternative drop off location to help with having to rearrange our travel plans and no flexibility was given due to host settings.
In all, car itself was good though. Perfect size and decent for what we needed.

This vehicle was really perfect for my getaway, drove pretty smooth no problems at all but I was little bummed the CarPlay didn’t work at all as driving for hours and in a big city.
