It was joy renting the car from Willy! Did have a small issue of the headlight being and having a hiccup in replacing the bulb but they were responsive in handling the matter. I would rent again for sure but will check all headlights and taillights just in case! 5stars overall but 1 star taken away due to the headlight issue.

The staff was friendly and attentive but the car had a slight cigarette smell when I picked it up and then the headlight was out but I didn’t notice until I got pulled over.

Great car, no issues and was really great on gas. Pickup was fine but drop off was a mess. There was an event at the SNHU arena and apparently they turned the parking lot I was supposed to return the car to into paid parking for the event , leaving me with no where to return the car to. I reached out to the owner and called multiple times with no response.
