Terrible ! I will be requesting a refund this is the worse rental i ever had !! Don’t get me started on how atrocious it smells like if there were dead cats in here i threw up 2 times in my travel because of the smell . And it wasn’t the right vehicle . The “HOST” Luis veer unresponsive communication was terrible just kept sending automated messages . When you call the”company “number they are very

Luis is a great host. His crv drove beautifully and comfortably. No issues and to my surprise, it gave me great gas mileage.

The host is great however the car did smell heavily of cigarette smoke unfortunately.
