Great car! Pick up location perfect and the owner extremely helpful and gracious! He even met me at the departure sidewalk in front of Southwest to take the car which was really helpful!!!

The host tried to have me pick up the car in the street at the airport while I had my wife, 2 children, and luggage. Got lost twice while coming to drop the car off. The car smelled VERY strong of body odor that remained in the car during the entire rental period. The host also messaged me incessantly about when I would drop the car off to the point of making us uncomfortable. Would not recommend

Unfortunately, airport parking availability was beyond my control, as all parking lots were full at the time of drop-off. I communicated the situation to you and still made every effort to arrange a convenient alternative location so you could access the vehicle. Unexpected circumstances can happen, and I believe a host should be judged fairly on how they handle them. My messages were intended to coordinate well and not to make anyone uncomfortable. Still, I take guest feedback seriously.
