I’m sorry Ronaldo felt this way. The Pilot’s interior and exterior condition was fully documented with my check-in photos. He provided no check-in or check-out photos supporting these claims and returned the vehicle without cleaning it. Every previous guest who reviewed this vehicle gave it 5 stars. Despite this, I still gave Ronaldo a 5-star rating, especially considering this was his first Turo trip.
