Key fob need needed battery. Gas tank was only a quarter full but everything else was excellent and the owner was just fine.

I wasn't aware that the key box battery was dead; had I known, I would have resolved the issue. It is disappointing to lose a star over the fuel level, given that I delivered the vehicle with a half-tank of fuel and received it back the same way. Under the Turo policy, there is no requirement for the tank to be full. Thank you for everything, and have a good day.
