we were not given the vehicle location for an hour after the rental began. we reached out multiple times via app messages and phone calls. finally had to go through Turo support to get communication from our host. The vehicle was nice and clean. parking was a hassle, but I feel that’s consistent with all of Orlando. The host also does not reimburse for parking and chose to drop the vehicle the day before causing a large parking charge even though the lot does charge hourly too.
