The car itself was fine. The problem is the guy who owns it. Everything with him is about squeezing every last dollar out of you.
From the second I booked, it was constant messages about extra fees, “security deposits,” cleaning charges that made no sense, and nickel-and-diming over every little thing. He tried to charge me for things that weren’t even my fault and got aggressive when I pushed back.
Zero flexibility, zero good faith. Just pure greed. He treats the whole thing like a cash grab instead of a normal rental.
Save yourself the headache and the constant money arguments. Rent from literally anyone else.
