The car was ready and very willing to get me from Wisconsin to The Rocky Mountains. Joel is a great host. Answers right away and makes sure any issues are resolved. I'd rent for him again.

Pickup was easy, Joel was helpful. Car was great but had some staining on the seats and light smoke smell. Otherwise great!

I apologize for the staining and smell — that was actually carried over from the guest before you, and I hadn’t caught it in time before your trip. I’ve since done a deep clean and detail on the Crosstrek, and I’m tightening up my turnaround inspection process so this doesn’t slip through again. Appreciate you giving me the heads up!!
I had a wonderful experience renting Joel's car. The vehicle was spotless, well-maintained, and drove incredibly smoothly. Joel was responsive, professional, and easy to work with throughout the rental. Everything went exactly as expected. I highly recommend renting from him and will definitely book his car again in the future.
