Good car. Offsite location was a little bit of a pain to navigate and when we arrived the car was not ready. He arrived about 15 minutes later and all was good but not a convenient location for flying in/out of Madison

The car did what I needed for the weekend. Things to note. The car was not clean in the inside. As there were things left in the side doors. The ball joints or struts need to be reviewed as I did have some concerns while driving. The host was very professional on messages received.

The vehicle is cleaned and sanitized between each rental, though we apologize if a few small personal items were overlooked in the door pockets. As for the driving concerns mentioned, the vehicle has been regularly maintained and recently inspected, but we will still recheck the suspension components as a precaution.

The app is clumsy, I tried to end my trip at 10 hours early and it wouldn’t allow me to end it early. Then notifies me I’m checking out late. The car was not in great shape. Suspension knocks or makes a clunking sound in the front, several dents scratches and looks tile old accident damage judging by the rust on the front end. Car owner or host never responded to my message.
Hi Andrew, thank you for your feedback. The issue regarding ending the trip early appears to have been related to the Turo app, as hosts do not control the app’s trip-end functionality. We also want to clarify that the only message received during the trip was regarding the vehicle being returned, so we were not made aware of any concerns at the time. This Mazda CX-5 runs and drives well overall, and any cosmetic imperfections were visible in the listing photos prior to booking.
