Car was a little rough shape. Needs an alignment, missing some interior panels. Could have been a little cleaner before we received the vehicle.

The vehicle was dirty when I picked it up and had a strong bad smell inside. I immediately contacted customer support, but they told me they could not arrange cleaning and that my only option was to cancel the trip. This was very frustrating and not the level of service I expected. I would not rent this vehicle again.

Super easy pick up and drop off as well as no issue extending the rental. Great value

Good car. Offsite location was a little bit of a pain to navigate and when we arrived the car was not ready. He arrived about 15 minutes later and all was good but not a convenient location for flying in/out of Madison
No smoking allowed
Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
