Car was parked in a surface lot when requested to pick up late hours after dark. Traveling with a senior lady had to walk away to get the car. Not well lit area had to pull out and find a parking lamp to be able to take pictures. Safety issues on the car the tire low light was on and also a radiator fluid light would come on in the morning. Did not cause me issues while I drove but was still a concern.

Car was in good shape and drove well, Joel was responsive but there was some trash left in the car when I got it and he wasn’t able to accommodate a switch in drop off location we talked about. All around good rental
