The car smelled of cigarettes. Clear directions. Good host with good communications. Economy lot was too far from airport terminal. Price was not cheap.

Everything was perfect

Nice looking car, but it is not a good car for winter. It takes forever to warm up and it slides when braking. The check engine lights kept coming on and you cannot defrost and warm the interior at the same time. I also did not enjoy how the Bluetooth kept turning off and the CarPlay did not work.
Ma’am you were in a snow storm. With sleet at that. Any car will slide in those type of conditions. The heat works perfectly fine and does not take long to warm up. When I picked up the car you had the A/C setting on. That might have been the reason you were not getting hot air. Bluetooth works perfectly fine also. I don’t know what you’re trying to do here. I drove the car all day today and no engine light came on. Stop lying on here.
