After 20 mins of hrs of having the vehicle, battery dying, changing the battery and offering me a much smaller vehicle that didn’t suit the needs of my family, we just had an overall not so pleasant experience (a 2hr event mind you). Even when asked for a lower price, because of the downgrade the renter complained about how much they make off this rental ($32 was his constant remark). He also kept saying that there was no way that this vehicle wasn’t working right because he just drove it over 3000 mile to get it to Tennessee. It’s 2,800 miles from east to west coast. We still ended up with the vehicle because of the size need, but with a slippy trans. And on top of that he gave us, with a proud disposition, an extra hour for the return time. Even though it took over 2hrs to get back on the road.
