This was by far the worst experience I had with turo thus far.
When I picked up the vehicle it was filthy, not at all clean, yet you keep the vehicle parked at a CAR WASH 🤦🏾. I HAD TO CLEAN THE VEHICLE MY SELF, BECAUSE THEY DID NOT 🚫 . DIDN'T ATTEMPT TO VACUUM NOR WIPE ANYTHING DOWN. Also the vehicle is in NO shape to be driven honestly, a message saying ( PLEASE SERVICE SOON) kept popping up, something is loose under the vehicle, does not drive well at all in rainy weather conditions, the smallest bumb you hit ,.the whole steering wheel moves, like it's loose,. The gas indicator is off or broken,. The seat covers in the vehicle are disgusting, and worn... definitely needs to be changed...all I was able to do was go to work and back home..

Did not rent from her. The rental was canceled I have a screenshot from Turo telling me it was cancelled. The person I called with the host yelled and screamed at me and told me to be late for work and wait on someone to get there. I told her I couldn’t. She was hateful. Will never rent from them!
Your rental was at 10am and requested to pick at 8am. The service was coming to help you for 8 am that’s why you were asked to wait at the sitting area. No body screamed at you . We do proper Check inns before handing cars .call Turo for any quarrels thanks.
