The host was great and I LOVED the car

The vehicle rides great. I just feel like the host wasn’t accommodating when I mentioned to her that ANTS were in the vehicle. She basically said she’s not at the location and there’s nothing she can do about it. I asked for some type of accommodation and she said I have to contact Turo. I looked up information regarding if something is going wrong on at the time of pick up. I screen shot what Turo said and she still proceeded to say there’s nothing she could do. Per Turo she supposed to write them a letter regarding the ants to accommodate me for my delay. I wouldn’t rent from her again she just didn’t care.

At the time you contacted me, I was at the airport picking up my niece, so I wasn’t there physically to able to come to the vehicle to address the ant you saw.
Unfortunately, Turo doesn’t give hosts the ability to issue refunds directly. As I explained, if you were uncomfortable using the vehicle, the option available was to cancel the trip through Turo.
Great SUV and a great host! The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. Pick-up and drop-off were easy, and communication throughout the trip was excellent. I would definitely rent from this host again. Thank you for a smooth and enjoyable experience!
