My experience with the host was disappointing. Initially, the communication was polite, but it became increasingly dismissive and unprofessional when an issue arose with the key fob. Unfortunately, there was little sense of urgency or willingness to assist, and the responses I received felt dismissive rather than helpful. Overall, the situation was handled poorly and did not result in a positive experience.

I don't have enough words to describe everything I did for them this weekend. I saved their reservation and saved them at least $500... In my 50+ years of life, this is easily one of the top 3 worst people I have ever met.
