Perfect BMW! Great trip
Stephen •
The instructions for pickup and drop off were very clear and Hanna was quite responsive and helpful. The car worked great for us and renting the camp chairs and cooler helped out a lot!
Todd •
All was great. Car was spotless and airport pick up easy. Cost $24 to exit the airport. Unreported slow tire leak required regular topping up. Hopefully that will be fixed for the next driver. Owner was responsive.
John •
Thanks for the feedback, John. The $24 airport exit fee is an airport-imposed charge and was disclosed in the pre-trip and pickup instructions. Regarding the slow tire leak, this was not reported at the start of the trip and was only mentioned at the end of the rental, so we had no opportunity to inspect or address it sooner to determine when and how it occurred. We take vehicle maintenance seriously and appreciate you bringing it to our attention.
It was very good and Hanna was an excellent host
