Great host, very responsive and helpful

Rented this Model Y Premium for 5 days and everything went perfectly. Zero issues from pickup to return. The car was spotless and in flawless condition, exactly what you want from a rental Tesla and honestly more, since it came with an active Full Self Drive subscription. FSD plus AWD made the driving genuinely enjoyable. A/C worked perfectly and fast charging was quick and completely hassle free. Highly recommended. Amazing host that responds back to any of your questions in a minute 👍

*Pick up went fine, although the car was in a lot that required I pay $31 to exit and to get from main Logan baggage claim to the economy lot Turo uses at Logan requires taking a bus that rarely comes. All Turo renters should know this for Boston!
*Midway through trip tried supercharging and Tesla did not charge at all. It was also 98 degrees inside and would not cool. It lost charge overnight despite being parked.
*The owner of the car did respond the morning after the issue was identified and I messaged, but I was initially not provided with a phone number to call with issues. They had a plan to check it out themselves and I was gratiously provided a car to use that day, which helped a lot. I do think this group was trying to do the right thing and makes things right.
*Ultimately, there was nothing found on the Tesla diagnostic but yet during the course of resolution, I was “blamed” for the Tesla malfunction by “driving in mud.” All quite bizarre as we all know on a Tesla my every move was recorded and I drove on autodrive on roads. The same roads I have driven my own older Tesla down a hundred times.
* Turo customer service is abysmal. I am headed back to traditional rental cars.
