Host was amazing very helpful and responded quickly. Very detailed with pick up and drop off. I'd use them again.

very responsive and was very flexible with my trip, but did not receive full refund for parking lot.

Thank you, Jay. The airport parking total was $12, and Turo refunded $8 based on the hours the car was parked. We also accommodated your return arrangements to make your trip as convenient as possible. We always strive to go above and beyond for our guests. If the remaining difference was the reason for the four-star rating instead of five, we’d be happy to Zelle you $3 as a goodwill gesture. We hope our flexibility and service are taken into consideration.
Very clean car! Very nice car hosts! Thank you!
