If I could leave NO STARS, I would. I picked up the vehicle and it wreaked of marijuana. The smell was so heavy that I had to drive straight to Walmart and spray with febreze.
I decided that I was not comfortable driving the car with that heavy smell, so I had it towed back to the pick up location the same day. Between the host and Turo customer service, there was no help to resolve my issue. The host stated there was no way the vehicle could wreak of marijuana because he has it detailed between every rental. This vehicle was not detailed prior to my pick up. I have pictures that show how filthy the back hatch was.
I was partially refunded, but that didn’t amount to much since I paid for the tow back to the pick up location. Just skip this host if you are looking.
If you want to try Turo, that’s fine, just do not rent from this host.

Our vehicles are cleaned and sanitized after every rental. We charge 150.00 cleaning fee for any vehicle that’s smoked in. Renter had other domestic issues interfering with their rental. HOST BEWARE.
