Pickup location was fine. Car was in bad shape. Had rattling and squeaking noises from the time I picked it up. The host did reach out communicating that the morning I picked it up, but it was after I had already picked it up. Didn’t sound like a new noise, but something that would have been impossible to miss for anyone who had driven it. Key fob battery must be dying as well, because there were times I had to shake the fob to even get the car to start. I returned the car early but there was no where on the app for me to successfully process it, and the host did not respond to my message where I communicated the early return. Car did serve its purpose, but it wasn’t a pleasant trip. I spent far too much time concerned about the condition and maintenance and hearing noises.

The vehicle was returned around 11 PM the night before your 10 AM trip, leaving very little time to diagnose and fix the issue. I appreciate your feedback and have already addressed the problem to help ensure a better experience in the future.

I understand it could be far from where you’re coming but that same location where every body pick up my vehicle, nothing has changed. But thank you for sharing your feedback. Hopefully one day we can get a closer location
